PROMETHEUS PANTA nanoDSF

The Prometheus Panta nanoDSF includes scanning fluorimetry and dynamic light scattering measurements in a capillary-based system.

nanoDSF, is a biophysical characterization technique to assess a biological sample's conformational stability. It uses a protein's intrinsic fluorescence to monitor how it responds to stress inputs such as temperature, chaotropes or small molecule ligands such as substrates and inhibitors. This information is used to determine the protein's conformational stability and rank candidates or buffers based on their impact on this stability.
